An obscure book with not much known about the author. She appears to have been part of the late 19th-century California metaphysical and inspirational literary movement, alongside the New Thought and spiritual writers who were active in Southern California during that period. The work gathers imaginative and inspirational tales centered on wonder, faith and moral reflection. No other signed copies located, uncommon.
Condition: Publishers blue cloth boards, decorative title stamped in silver to cover, title to spine, edge discoloration and a few rub marks to covers, binding is firm, inscribed and signed by the author beneath the portrait frontispiece, overall in Very Good condition.
