This collection features several essays on Jacob Bohme, authored by A.J. Penny and other contemporaries. It includes an introductory essay by Charles Carleton Massey, the first President of the British Theosophical Society. Most of the articles were originally published across various volumes of the lesser-known mystical periodicals “Light” and “Light and Life: An Unsectarian Magazine of Mystic Literature”. Many of these articles specifically address Bohme’s concepts and the mystical experience.
