William Lilly's classic and definitive work on horary astrology, "Christian Astrology," which was originally published in 1647. This publication was "divested of the superstitions of the seventeenth century," and "adapted and improved," for use in the present day by Richard James Morrison (1796-1874) writing under his pen name of Zadkiel. Morrison, a British astrologer, is perhaps most well known for annual "Zadkiel's Almanac," which was first issued in 1831.
Condition: Publishers red boards, gilt title to spine, spine slightly darkened with a few discoloration specks, neat pencil annotations to flyleaf and pastedown- could be erased, foldout plate present, binding firm, a Very Good copy
