Light from The East by Henry R. Coleman
Publication: 1890 Published by the Author
Henry Coleman spent years researching and traveling to biblical lands. Here he analyses his pilgrimage into these lands though the lens of a Free Mason, giving not only historical but in-depth allegorical accounts. He provides a rather interesting exposition of direct masonic experience. This edition is somewhat difficult to find in such nice condition as they were often read profusely.
Condition: Publishers original decorated cloth boards, elaborate square and compass design to upper board with surrounding ornate boarder, spine with gilt title, age appropriate shelf ware more notably around the edges, floral end paper, binding and hinges are strong, in Very Good condition
