The All-Seeing Eye Vol. IV by Manly P. Hall
Publication: 1927 Hall Publishing Company; Los Angeles
First Edition - Original Issues
Rare hard bound issues of Manly P. Halls esoteric periodical The All-Seeing Eye Volume IV. Described as "Being a Monthly Magazine which is published in Los Angeles on the Fifteenth day of every month edited by Manly. P. Hall and Devoted to the Search for the Fundamental Verities Existing in Educational systems. Religions and Philosophies of All Ages."
The fourth volume issues saw Hall return to the original monthly format from earlier years, after having converted the periodical to a weekly newspaper in 1926. Volume four consisting of six issues, from May 1927 through October 1927, were re-formatted under a smaller print with a price of 25 cents per copy. Hall brought fourth, for the first time, a group of editors; seemingly because of time constraints due to his increasing popularity and growing responsibilities as an acclaimed esoteric author/lecturer. Hall still served as chief editor with Harry S. Gerhart as Managing Editor, Maud F. Galigher as Associate Editor, and Howard W. Wookey as Art Director. The advertisements included pre-orders to Manly P. Halls monumental publication "The Secret Teachings of all ages, which would be release one year later. These hardcover editions were bound by the Hall Publication Company per-request, plus a small fee, by subscribers. They are very scarce on the market.
