We Buy Books

The Rose Books & Obscurities buys used and rare books in a variety of subjects. If you are considering selling your collection of books, or if you have recently inherited books that you are looking to sell we ask that you please send us an email to info@roseobscurities.com along with a list or spreadsheet. If you have less than a dozen books you may simply send an email with details about the books. 

We will typically respond within one day via email or phone call to let you know whether we are interested in acquiring your books. At which point we will discuss the details about how to proceed. We may also set an in-person appointment at our shop or we drive to you at our own expense.

Please keep in mind that we do not purchase every book that is offered to us. We understand that some books have personal value to their owners, but may not necessarily be suitable for our inventory.
